About · Aarya Banthia
Hi, I’m Aarya.
I’m at Karya. This is the work in the open, and an honest ask for the counsel I don’t yet have.
Technology is not the goal.
Human progress is.
The belief at the heart of Karya
The work
Karya
कार्य
from the Sanskrit for work
In Sanskrit, dharma is the thread between who you are and what you owe the world. Not ambition. Not strategy. Something older.
We are brief, but what we build outlasts us.
That thread runs through everything we make: branding to software, hardware to consulting, consumer to enterprise. One endeavour, enabling humanity through novel methods and fresh lenses.
Visit KaryaThree things we hold onto
AI multiplies people. It never replaces them.
We learn in the open, and we listen closely.
Rejection is the most honest feedback there is.
So why log 500 rejections, in public?
I already journal, every single day.
This is that journal, made public.
Partly for accountability. Partly to watch us grow, out loud.
So I collect the noes on purpose, and let the count climb as a byproduct of trying, never the goal.
The point is the distance travelled
Where we begin a month.
Where we end it.
How far we travel over the years.
We cannot do any of this without people.
You are the core of why we’re here, and how we grow. Thank you for reading our small stories, for sharing yours, and for the advice we could never buy. We look up to you, more than these words can hold.
